Stand is a soft wood. Probably from a old movie theater or museum.
Nice lines / scale / great base / crown molding / taper / panel design.
Good condition showing minor scrapes and wear, see photos. Item could be tightened up a little with a few nails. Top joint needs to be pulled and vacuumed out and renailed. All minor details.

This would make a nice prototype for displaying art or sculptures. You could make as many as your project requires copying this stand. Whoever scaled this piece, knew what they were doing.
