Policy Details:
We do not accept returns on items sent by motor freight. We sell antique and vintage items that because of size and weight, make it very costly to ship. A certain amount of expertise is involved in packing to make sure item will arrive in the same condition. On certain items exceptions can be made. Please contact us to see if a exception can be made on a particular item. When in doubt, send us a email and ask questions about the items that you are interested in. Most items sent by FedEx or U. S. Postal system that are small in size are returnable. When in doubt ASK! We will be happy to answer your questions and give you details about a particular item. All ITEMS TO BE RETURNED REQUIRE DELIVERY INSURANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
