All hardwood saw what looks to be made out of maple.
Cutting table is 32" long x 19" wide is hinged, lifts up to change saw or to oil shaft fittings.
Sliding table is 26" x 40" and glides on 3 or 4 slides.
Over all length is 60" x 34" wide, table height is 32"
Straight edge fence with lock
Steel shaft with 3" pulley with lubricating holes
Both tables have turn screws to adjust table heights up and down.
The frame has bolts where verticals meet horizontals. The table also has mortised and tenon joints with dowels. The underside of the sliding table has screws
This table saw was originally painted gray. It was designed as a field saw. This saw is in very good condition and very sturdy. The slides are not worn. I rarely find saws of this vintage in this kind of condition. Remove the remaining paint and apply linseed oil to the entire saw and you will have a great show piece from the period.
